Our Italian sausages are made from freshly minced pork and beef. Lightly seasoned with salt, fennel and a few other secret herbs, and finally hand linked into natural casings. Italian sausages are fresh, so you can grill them to your liking. In the mild flavour, they are available in thin, thick and chippaladdas. In the hot flavour, thick and chippaladdas variations.
