Csabai

This traditional Hungarian recipe for our csabai is made as a semi dried flavoursome pork sausage blended with tangy peppercorns, garlic and sweet paprika. These powerful flavours come together with full smoke to make a sausage that can be eaten as is with crunchy ciabatta bread lightly toasted, or tossed with fresh zucchini, olives and mushrooms in a hearty dish of fresh pasta shells.
