Ham on the Bone is a special Christmas offering for those warm summer days. The best and most succulent legs of pork are selected from Spring pastures for curing using our proprietary blend of special ingredients. After careful curing, long slow cooking and double smoking, these golden hams are ready for liberal carving of mouth filling slices. Ham on the Bone is available as either full cuts for presentation plates or half cuts for a family dish. When you think of our Ham on the Bone think of apple and white mustard sauce, rich baked vegetables and tons of good cheer.
Our Ham On the Bone in 2015 was awarded best bone-in ham in Victoria and 3rd nationally. In 2016, it was awarded a Silver medal at the Australian Food Awards/
