The Maxwell Ham

A tribute to Paramount Smallgoods founder, Max Davis. This leg ham is our company’s flagship ham. Made from Australian Pork, we use our traditional cure, and also add a touch of golden syrup. Lovingly netted by hand, naturally triple smoked and fully cooked, results in a truly special ham that has to be tasted to be appreciated. It has also won a Gold Medal at the Royal Melbourne Fine Foods !
