Our Proscuitto is made to the Italian Crudo style. Selected pork legs are boned and trimmed, lovingly rubbed with salt and spices, and air-dried and aged over many months. A true taste of the Mediterranean! Perfect for Antipastos, Tapas and Pizzas.
